General Bootcamp Participation Details:
* I will call you personally to confirm your seat(s) once your payment has been made as well as to get a better idea of your individual expectations for the camp. I will then email you a detailed agenda with pre-work directions and a list of items to bring from your business to work on if you choose to participate in the Day 2 exercise.
* All Bootcamps are held in Fort Worth, Texas at a location to be determined. Usually the hotel closest to my house that is available for that camp’s time frame.
* All dates are on Monday-Tuesday and dress is business casual.
* Day 1 is the content coaching session for the camp material and is scheduled from 9am to 4pm.
* Day 2 is a Coaching session for those who choose to participate, wherein we apply the learning from Day 1 to your unique situation and create a plan for you to implement in your specific business and is scheduled from 10am until we are done or you have to leave to catch a plane. While Day 2 is not mandatory, the work that gets done on this day is invaluable.
* Cost for Day 1 for all camps is $1,250.
* Cost for Day 2 for all camps is $450.
* Cost for all camps, both days is $1,700.
* Client discounts amount to $250 (Day 1 Cost = $1,000) and $0 for Day 2 participation. Total cost for clients $1,450.
(Call me for the client discount payment codes)
* Discounts are available for multiple participants (same as client discount x # of people you wish to bring).
Example: 2 managers plus owner = 3 x $1,700 = $5,100 total tuition, minus multiple discount of $250 x 3 people = $750. Therefore, $5,100 tuition - $750 discount = $4,350 for 3 people.
(Call me for the multiple participant discount payment codes)
* All fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your camp fee can be used on any other camp or RCS service for up to one year from the acceptance date. For example, if you miss the June camp, you can apply that fee to the same camp in 2010 without any increase in price, or apply it to any RCS Coaching or Consulting package.
* Each Bootcamp has it’s own specific Day 1 pre-work assignments and list of materials to bring from your business for all Day 2 coaching sessions.
* Each Bootcamp price includes all content materials and manuals which are yours to keep and use.
* All Camp openings are on a first-come, first serve, basis and are not considered reserved until payment is received. They always sell out months in advance.
* Each camp includes six months of follow-up coaching by me personally to make sure you stay engaged with the change process to your maximum benefit.
* I like to schedule a dinner on Monday night with the entire class at a local restaurant. Participation is not mandatory but great information is exchanged and great relationships are forged during these events.
* You will be responsible for your own transportation while you attend the Bootcamp.
* Please check back on this page from time to time to note schedule or content changes or additions as circumstances warrant.
These are extremely intense learning sessions (hence the Bootcamp moniker) and you will receive more information and ideas than you could possibly keep up with. The best strategy is to be prepared to be engaged and challenged to do more and better work than you have ever done before.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me about them or any other issue I may be able to help you with.
